Consumer Protection Guidelines
The Program Administrator will be seeking public comments on the Illinois Solar for All Consumer Protection Guidelines and the Disclosure Forms. The Disclosure Forms outline expected benefits and costs for participants. The Consumer Protection Guidelines define the prescribed guidelines Approved Vendors must work within. These govern their interaction with the marketplace and potential and actual program participants. These guidelines require that the information shared with participants be clear and accurate to ensure a transparent and positive experience for participants.The following documents are expected to be released here on Friday, April 12, 2019.
