The Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) independent evaluator, ILLUME Advising (ILLUME), hosted a webinar about the 2022-2023 program year evaluation report results. Section 1- 56(b)(6) of the Illinois Power Agency (IPA) Act requires a thorough and independent evaluation of ILSFA to measure program impacts and identify opportunities for program improvements.
ILLUME presented findings and recommendations on the energy, environmental, and social impacts of projects approved and energized from June 1, 2022, to May 31, 2023. The job and economic impacts of these approved and energized projects were also analyzed to determine the financial benefits passed down to program participants.
