The Illinois Power Agency, in collaboration with ILLUME Advising (ILLUME), a national research firm that was selected as the Evaluator of Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA), has released a 2022-2023 Mid-Year Evaluation report on approaches to and outcomes from income verification processes used across the Illinois Solar for All program. The ILSFA program is required to undergo regular evaluation to measure the program’s impact and to identify future opportunities for improvement.
In the Mid-Year Evaluation report, ILLUME Advising conducted research to address two categories: challenges with ILSFA’s current income verification process and analysis of peer solar programs’ approaches to income verification.
