For the 2024-2025 program year, Illinois Solar for All has initiated the Project Selection Protocol for the Illinois Solar for All: Community Solar sub-program. The scoring rubrics for the Community Solar sub-program are calculated based on the distribution of projects in each of the following categories:
- Entire portfolio of income-eligible Community Solar projects submitted within the sub-program
- Environmental Justice Communities (EJC) projects submitted within the Community Solar sub-program

Random Selection
Random selection will be conducted on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 9 a.m. CT and streamed live to allow for remote viewing. Individuals and Approved Vendors are encouraged to observe the process. Register to attend the live stream.
