View Stakeholder Feedback on the Proposed Updates to Disclosure Forms

The Illinois Power Agency and the Illinois Solar for All Program Administrator have published stakeholder feedback on the proposed updates to the Distributed Generation Disclosure Forms.

This proposal included updates to reflect the change for residential and small commercial customers from “full retail rate” net metering to “supply only” net metering in the ComEd, Ameren, and MidAmerican service territories. The Agency intends for the new Disclosure Forms to be available starting January 1, 2025.
