Update (August 9, 2023): The Master REC Agreement now includes an Addendum and Annexes to address the application of the Prevailing Wage Act to Solar for All and the Home Repairs initiative. The Master REC Agreement Addendum and Annexes will be used for all project applications submitted on or after June 30, 2023, the effective date of the prevailing wage requirements.

The Illinois Power Agency and Illinois Solar for All Program Administrator are seeking feedback on the draft Addendum 1, Annex 1, and Annex 2 of the Master REC Agreement. Please see the Invitation to Comment for additional background and information.
