The total incentive value for eligible Non-Profit and Public Facilities projects submitted to date is below the sub-program’s 2022-2023 program year budget. Therefore, the Project Selection Protocol is not necessary.

The Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) Program Administrator will open a rolling submission window Thursday, January 19, for the Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities sub-program. The window will open at 9 a.m. CT.

Approved Vendors are welcome to submit projects on a first-come, first-served basis until May 31 or until the annual sub-program budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.

Please note that all projects submitted through the vendor portal receive a date and time stamp indicating the precise time the batch was submitted. This time stamp determines the order of submission for funding purposes on a first-come, first-served basis.

Complete project applications are required, and Approved Vendors may re-submit completed applications for recently deemed ineligible projects. Any project submitted with blank or placeholder documents in place of required materials will be found ineligible. All documents should be fully executed and dated before project submission, including a valid interconnection agreement signed by the interconnecting utility and the participant.
