The Program Administrator has published the tables of projects selected for the 2021-2022 program year in the Non-Profit/Public Facilities and Low-Income Distributed Generation sub-programs below. These projects are subject to review and approval by the Illinois Commerce Commission.
Next Steps
The last two projects selected in the Non-Profit/Public Facilities sub-program have incentive values greater than the remaining annual sub-program budget available. The Approved Vendor for these projects has several available options for moving forward, outlined in the Project Selection Protocol and Section 9 of the Approved Vendor Manual. If the Approved Vendor declines either selection for an ILSFA REC contract that requires resizing the selection option would pass on to the next project on the waitlist. A final list of selected projects for the 2021-2022 program year will be posted and emailed to stakeholders when the Approved Vendor decides their course of action and the sub-program budget has been fully allocated.
Low-Income Distributed Generation and Low-Income Community Solar Sub-Programs
As a reminder, the Low-Income Distributed Generation sub-program reopened on June 22, 2021 for application submissions and Approved Vendors are welcome to submit batches of projects on a first come, first served basis until May 31, 2022, or until the annual sub-program budget is exhausted, whichever comes first. For the first nine months of the program year, 25% of the LIDG program year budget will be reserved for 1-4 unit building projects. Any funds that aren’t used in this carveout by February 28, 2022 will be released for contracts by any eligible LIDG project. Further details can be found in the Project Selection Protocol document.
The Low-Income Community Solar sub-program’s initial project submission window opens on August 23, 2021 and closes on September 3, 2021 at 5:00 PM CDT. If necessary, project selection is scheduled for October 27, 2021.
Random Selection Seed Values
The seed value for randomization was provided by the computing system time in microseconds at the moment of script execution. The three seed values, used for the two-point score group, the one-point score group, and the zero-point score group, respectively, are listed below.
