The Program Administrator has published the tables of projects selected and waitlisted for the 2020-2021 program year in the Low-Income Community Solar sub-program below. These projects are subject to review and approval by the Illinois Commerce Commission.

Next Steps

Two projects selected have incentive values greater than the remaining budget available. The Approved Vendor for these projects has several available options for moving forward, outlined in the Project Selection Protocol and Section 9 of the Approved Vendor Manual. A final list of selected projects for the 2020-2021 program year will be posted and emailed to stakeholders when the Approved Vendor decides their course of action and the sub-program budget has been fully allocated.¹

Random Selection Seed Values

The seed value for randomization was provided by the computing system time in microseconds at the moment of script execution. The four seed values, used during the Environmental Justice Community, Low-Income Census Tract, and General Selection Stages, respectively, are listed below.
