On Wednesday, October 2, 2019, the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) approved the Renewable Energy Credit (REC) contracts for the first selected projects receiving incentives through the ILSFA program.
For the 2018-2019 program year, the ICC approved the REC contracts for five projects in the Low-Income Community Solar sub-program and seven projects in the Non-Profit/Public Facilities sub-program. The lists of projects with approved contracts for each sub-program have been posted below.
