The 2019-2020 program year initial project submission window for the Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) Low-Income Distributed Generation, Low-Income Community Solar, and Non-Profit/Public Facilities sub-programs opened on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 and closed on Tuesday, September 17, 2019. The project dashboard will be updated regularly to reflect the status of submitted projects.

Based on the total incentive value for the submitted projects, the Project Selection Protocol will be necessary for the Low-Income Community Solar sub-program.

Incentive values for the projects submitted for the Low-Income Distributed Generation sub-program are significantly below the 2019-2020 program year budget and, therefore, the Project Selection Protocol will not be necessary for this sub-program. The Low-Income Distributed Generation sub-program will reopen application submissions on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 9:00 AM CDT. This means Approved Vendors will be welcome to submit batches of projects on a first come, first served basis until Sunday, May 31, 2020, or until the annual sub-program budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.

Incentive values for projects submitted in the Non-Profit/Public Facilities sub-program are slightly below the 2019-2020 program year budget and, therefore, the Project Selection Protocol will not be necessary for this sub-program. On Thursday, October 24, 2019, after the project review and cure periods are complete, the Program Administrator will announce the available budget for this sub-program. The Non-Profit/Public Facilities sub-program will then reopen application submissions on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 9:00 AM CDT. Batches of projects submitted by Approved Vendors at this time will be considered on a first come, first served basis.
