The Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) program is required to undergo rigorous evaluation to measure program impacts and identify opportunities for program improvements. The ILSFA independent evaluator, ILLUME Advising, is hosting a webinar on October 31 to gather feedback for the 2021-2022 Program Year and 2022-2023 Program Year evaluation reports.
During the webinar, ILLUME will share planned research activities, research questions, and the metrics and outcomes they will utilize to identify progress and opportunities for Program improvement to meet the program evaluation goals. ILLUME developed this plan based on conversations with ILSFA stakeholders and the Program Administrator.
Additionally, through this webinar, ILLUME is seeking feedback on whether the planned research is aligned with the needs of interested parties, customers, and communities participating in the ILSFA program. Furthermore, ILLUME is looking for ideas on how to provide results in a format that is accessible and useful to those interacting directly with the program.
