Because total incentive values for eligible projects submitted in the Non-Profit/Public Facilities sub-program are slightly below the 2019-2020 program year budget of $6,435,181 this sub-program will reopen application submissions on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 9:00 AM CDT. The incentive value for eligible projects equals $3.3 million, meaning that the remaining $3,023,254 will be available when the batch submission window reopens. Batches of projects submitted by Approved Vendors at this time will be considered on a first come, first served basis based on the time-stamp of the batch submission in the portal.

As a reminder, the Low-Income Distributed Generation sub-program reopened application submissions on October 1, 2019; Approved Vendors are welcome to submit batches of projects on a first-come, first-served basis for both the Non-Profit/Public Facilities and Low-Income Distributed Generation sub-programs until Sunday, May 31, 2020, or until the annual sub-program budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.
